Mark Bonfigli Mark is the Founder, President and CEO of Dealer.com, a leading provider of online marketing solutions for the automotive industry. Mark has more than 20 years of marketing, retailing, wholesaling, and service experience in the auto industry, including 10 years as the co-founder of EARTHCARS, Inc., a New England-based automotive retailer. After generating a 300% increase in sales over a one-year span by deploying unconventional internet marketing strategies at EARTHCARS, Mark founded Dealer.com in 1998 which has become the fastest growing internet marketing provider in the auto industry.

Mark has been named as a Finalist in the 2007 and 2008 Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in the New England Region and under his leadership Dealer.com has received numerous recognitions including making the Deloitte & Touche Tech Fast 50, the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in the US, and several automotive industry awards for being the #1 internet marketing solution for auto dealers.

Rick Gibbs, Director and Chief Technology Officer

Rick Gibbs Rick's current position at Dealer.com is to shape and uphold the company's technological vision, while perpetuating innovation and spearheading its position in the industry.

Prior to joining Dealer.com, Rick created a Web development division for an international consulting firm. Rick received his BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkston University.

Mike Lane, Chief Operating Officer

Mike LaneMike has experience in operational development in both consulting and industry for the past decade. Experience in finance, IT, and automotive have enabled Mike to drive success in the development of e-business solutions.

Financial discipline and solid business planning are foundations of the success he pursues along with unconventional and creative methods of developing key teams for organizations' operational success. The end result is highly effective teams that are in line with objectives to support clients with the best possible service and solutions while achieving or exceeding company objectives.

Dean Evans, Chief Marketing Officer

Dean EvansDean brings to Dealer.com 18 years of experience in automotive retail marketing strategies.

Dean has acted as an executive or consultant for a variety of high-profile companies and automotive clients, including Ford Motor Company, Land Rover of NA, Jaguar of NA, Chrysler Corporation, The Cobalt Group, Dealix Corporation, Nextag.com, AutoNation/AutoUSA, and Jumpstart Automotive.

Dean was acting Operations Manager and General Manager of a full line Chrysler dealer in the San Francisco bay area in 1995-97. He was the first in the market to start an internet department and BDC.

He played an active role on several company advisory boards, including DrivingSales Inc., Target Diversity Marketing, Auto Dealer Traffic, and iAutos, the largest automotive portal serving the rapidly growing Chinese market.

Evans was also one of the founders of Automotive Association of Internet Sales Professionals (AAISP), and has served as a member of the AAISP board of directors and AAISP nomination committee chair.

In his spare time he splits his time between Burlington VT, San Francisco, CA and Rapid City, South Dakota where the rest of his family reside today. Bikram Yoga is the center of his wellness program.

Jason Chapnik, Founder Dot TV Corporation

Mr. Chapnik has founded or co-founded several Internet related companies including TouchTech Corporation (Ontario). In 1997, TouchTech was acquired by Homestore.com Inc., operator of the leading real estate sites on the Internet including Realtor.com, Homebuilder.com, Springstreet.com, Remodel.com and Homefair.com. Through late 1999, Mr. Chapnik served as the President of Homestore.com's Canadian operations. In late 1998, Mr. Chapnik founded The .TV Corporation to market the dotTV top level domain on the Internet. Mr. Chapnik received his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from McGill University in Management Information Systems and Real Estate Analysis.

John C. Osborne, President, CEO Intermarkt LLC

Mr. Osborne is the founding partner of Starboard Ventures which focuses on early stage technologies in Southern California. He was previously with Clearstone Venture Partners, an early stage fund with offices in Southern and Northern California . He is also President and CEO of Intermarkt LLC, which is a fully invested early stage venture fund. For over 15 years Mr. Osborne has held past senior and executive positions at investment and financial services firms such as The Boston Company, a private bank owned by American Express. In 1995, Mr. Osborne founded Intermarkt LLC as an investment banking and consulting firm specializing in the public and private financing of early and growth stage companies. Mr. Osborne holds a BA from Hamilton College and a M.Div. from Yale University.

Allen DeBevoise, Chairman of Movie Magic Technologies

Mr. DeBevoise has held numerous Board of Directors positions for companies such as iVillage and LowerMyBills.com as well as CEO positions at companies such as TCI Interactive, Creative Planet and AND Interactive. Currently, Mr. DeBevoise serves on the board of directors of Dealer.com, Machinima.com, LAT34.com, AllyKatzz.com, Domainer.com and iCreate.com. Recently, Mr. DeBevoise was instrumental in the creation of numerous joint ventures on behalf of AOL including TMZ.com and LAT34.com.

Donald E. Hall, General Partner, Arcturus Capital

Mr. Hall is currently a Managing Director with Arcturus Capital, a Southern California based technology focused venture fund which he co-founded. This follows over 18 years of institutional investment experience at Zurich Scudder Investments where he was a Managing Director of the $300 billion asset management firm. Mr. Hall received his BS in Engineering from Auburn University and MBA from Harvard University.
