Lori is President of Retail Solutions for Cox Automotive, overseeing the growth and strategic direction of powerhouse brands including Autotrader®, Kelley Blue Book®, Dealertrack®, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, and Xtime.

Her focus is on creating best-in-class experiences through the power of Cox Automotive’s data and people, furthering the company’s commitment to transforming the industry for consumers, dealers, lenders, and OEMs.

Lori credits a people-centric working environment as a critical factor in her success helping Cox Automotive clients thrive in the quickly evolving automotive industry. She is an executive sponsor of diversity initiatives, advocating for increased diversity, inclusion, and equity across the industry.   

Prior to her current role, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Dealer Software Solutions at Cox Automotive for six years, where she drove client value generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

In 2023, Lori was honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Woman of Influence in the technology space. In 2022, Lori joined the CNBC Technology Executive Council. She was also recognized by Automotive News as one of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. And in 2016, the Kansas City Business Journal named her as a “Women Who Mean Business” honoree.   Lori also serves on the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Cox Automotive in 2013, Lori spent more than a decade leading large technology projects as a consultant for Accenture. Prior to that, she led Field Technology at H&R Block and worked in the transportation sector.  Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Lori shares a love of sports with her husband and two sons, and she enjoys spending time with her new grandson.

As Senior Vice President of Consumer Solutions for Cox Automotive, Jessica Stafford leads a team of over 2,000, running Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book as well as Dealer.com and Cox Automotive’s Ecommerce solution. Jessica is focused on driving strategy and innovation to make the car shopping and buying experience personalized, seamless, and easy, while leading an effort to completely re-invent the marketing solutions and offerings that Cox Automotive provides.

Stafford joined Autotrader in 2007 and worked across Cox Automotive’s many brands leading marketing. Previous to her current role, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Cox Automotive.

In addition to appearing on CBS’s daytime show The Talk, she provides commentary to numerous automotive, advertising and marketing publications including The Wall Street Journal. She’s been recognized as one of Adweek’s Rising Stars, as well as Auto Remarketing’s 40 Under 40 and top Women in Remarketing, and was honored as one of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 in 2019. Jessica serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. and Built In.

John Chaffin has dedicated his career to Cox Enterprises and its automotive subsidiaries. As the Senior Vice President of the Retail Solutions Sales and Performance Management team, he leads over 1,500 professionals in optimizing retail performance and digital innovation for more than 20,000 dealer clients.

John began his journey with Cox during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics as a newspaper sales associate for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He joined Manheim Auctions and Automotive Financial Services in 2002, managing dealer floorplans. His career progressed with a decade at Autotrader, where he moved from frontline dealer consultation to leadership roles in Product and Sales Operations.

In 2014, John spent two years in Cox Automotive’s business incubator, designing and leading the Sales and Performance Management organization for digital commerce tools. His subsequent roles as Vice President of Retail Solutions Sales and Sales Operations solidified his expertise and leadership within the company.

John is passionate about refining processes through strategic problem-solving and analytics. He champions innovative ways to enhance outcomes for clients and colleagues, believing there is always a better way to achieve remarkable results.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys lively times with his wife and three young children, approaching both leadership and family with enthusiasm and dedication.

Michael Wulf is the Senior Vice President of Product & Engineering for the Consumer Solutions portfolio within Cox Automotive, where he oversees Product, UX, Editorial, SEO, and Engineering for the Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, VinSolutions (CRM), and Dealer.com brands. 

He is a driven, consumer obsessed product & engineering leader with 20 years of experience building innovative, collaborative teams and launching product strategies that delight users, grow revenue, and disrupt existing business models. He is a change agent bringing user-focused thinking, research strategies, and Agile processes to drive consumer and client solutions into the marketplace and excel at developing future-focused, data-informed product strategies and implementing processes for product discovery and innovation.

In his current role, Wulf collaborates with Cox Automotive leadership to develop business and product strategy for KBB.com and Autotrader.com, generating over 70M visits monthly.

Most recently, Wulf has played a pivotal role in the reinvigoration of the Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book brands, pivoting the monetization strategy & execution driving incremental value to clients and consumers as well as incremental revenue to Cox Automotive. During this time, he led an effort to help dealers navigate the uncertainties of the COVID-19 crisis by continuing to provide unprecedented value at Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book through agile, market-driven product development. Wulf’s team led the roll out of products like Autotrader’s Dealer Home Services – which offers virtual vehicle walkarounds and provide at-home test drives – in a matter of days, quickly anticipating the rapidly evolving needs of clients during COVID and delivering unprecedented value to the Autotrader dealers. 

Wulf began his career at Cox Automotive in 2008 when he joined Kelley Blue Book to help transform the company’s online presence and organic search discipline resulting in significant increases in organic search audience, consumer engagement, and revenue. 

Prior to joining Kelley Blue Book, Wulf established Emerson’s consumer brands online presence and experience as well as built Motorola’s eCommerce presence for North America, Europe and Asia driving incremental audience, cart value, and online sales. 

Wulf lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife (Dinah) and two daughters (Mia & Nala).

Greta is the vice president of retail marketing for Cox Automotive, leading a comprehensive set of brands and products, from dealer and lender software to two of the largest consumer automotive brands – Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. Greta has been with Cox Automotive for more than fourteen years and continues to lead significant transformation across the portfolio of brands.

Greta leads strategy and implementation of all online and offline marketing, inclusive of product and content marketing across the B2C and B2B space. She is known for skillfully translating business goals into effective marketing plans that generate top-line business revenue.

In 2017, Greta was named one of Auto Remarketing’s “40 Under 40,” which celebrates current and next-generation leaders making big differences in the industry and at their respective companies.

Prior to joining Autotrader in 2010, she served as a media supervisor at Turner Broadcasting, and as a media planner and strategist for a global communications agency.

Greta attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Much of her free time is spent with her husband and two children.

Nuan Openshaw-Dion oversees work associated with Dealer.com Websites, Advertising, Managed Services, and Automotive Marketing Platform. Through that work, she aims to build enduring value for dealerships by driving their digital storefronts—and their customer relationships—forward.  
Nuan joined the company in 2009 and has worked in a variety of roles, learning everything there is to know about our products and services along the way. As a Cox Automotive veteran, she also spent time at Dealertrack, where she worked on various mission-critical initiatives. With a track record of successfully managing people, projects, and products, Nuan brings a diversity of experience that enriches every project she touches.  
 
She holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.
